​Most sessions take place online, which research has shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Many of my clients value the convenience and flexibility of online sessions, as it allows them to fit therapy into their lives more easily, whether that's around work, school, parenting, or other commitments.

How It Works
Step 1 – Free Initial Consultation (15 minutes) - A friendly, no-pressure chat to ask any questions you may have and give me a chance to learn a little about you - what’s going on, what you're looking for, and how I might be able to help.

Step 2 – First Full Session (45 minutes – £45) - In this session, we’ll explore what’s been happening for you, what you’d like to work on, and how we can approach it together. You’ll get a feel for my style and whether it feels like a good fit for you.
​
Step 3 – Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes – £50) - This is where your journey begins. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals. You choose the pace - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. A discount is available when booking a block of six sessions.
