​Life has its ups and downs, and sometimes we all need a little help to make sense of things. Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to go through things alone.

My belief is that counselling  should be as unique as you are, always taking into account your individuality and what works best for you. Thinking Out Loud will give you the opportunity to talk, tools to manage challenges, or can simply be an ear to listen without judgement. Clients often tell me I am easy to talk to, and you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and support.

 

This work means so much to me because I’ve lived many of the same pressures my clients face. That’s why I’ve created a space that’s supportive, grounded, and real - Where you don’t have to perform, over-explain, or pretend you’re okay. Just a place where you can say things out loud, maybe for the first time, and start to feel more like yourself again.
